IBM brings quantum-safe cryptography to its public Cloud

Beginning of next year, IBM will begin offering quantum-safe cryptography services on its public Cloud.

Cryptographic algorithms are part of the Cryptographic Suite for Algebraic Lattices (CRYSTALS), based on open standards and open source technology and submitted to NIST.

CRYSTALS is based on two quantum resistant cryptographic primitives:  a secure key encapsulation mechanism and a secure digital signature algorithm.
